Setting up a new chronolog

When you set up a new chronolog photo station, we will walk you through the process. You can complete many of the steps by logging in to your chronolog account (https://chronolog.io/dashboard) and following instructions that you will be prompted with there. Feel free to contact us if you ever have questions.

There are two main steps:

• Add information about your chronolog site
• Install the photo station

Add information about your chronolog site

When logged into your account, you will see all of your sites listed on the Logs tab of your dashboard at https://chronolog.io/dashboard.

• Any chronolog that has the Incomplete status needs additional info before it is activated and accessible to the public. 
• Click the Finish Setup link for the chronolog you want to set up, and you will be taken to a page that will walk you through the remaining steps to activate your chronolog. 
• Once the required steps are completed, the status of the chronolog will be updated to Active and you will be able to visit the chronolog’s time lapse page and find it on the map.

Your chronolog won't be shown to the public until all of the steps are complete, so you can get started on adding information immediately.

Install the photo station

We will send you a photo station materials when you set up a new chronolog, including a phone bracket and an instruction sign. The instruction sign is custom-made for your organization, including an area to add your organization and partner logos.

Make sure to add a shipping address and submit logos for all of your chronolog sites on your account dashboard so that we can ship you the materials for installation.
