Manage user access to your organization's account

Chronolog time lapse pages are viewable to the public, but as a chronolog organizer, you can manage information about your Chronolog photo stations by logging into your account.

You can share dashboard access with other trusted users, such as colleagues. We strongly recommend having at least 2 members in your Organization to avoid missing important updates about your account.

To manage which users can access your Organization:

• Make sure you are logged in
• Click the Team tab on your dashboard
• The Current Members table tells you which users have access to your Chronolog organization.
• The Pending Invitations table tells you if any users have been invited to your account but have not yet accepted the invitation.

Actions

• To invite a new user, type in their email under the Invite New Member section and click Invite. An email will be sent to the user with instructions on how to accept the invite. Invites are valid for 30 days after they are created.
  • If the invited user already has a Chronolog account, they will need to log-in with the email used in the invitation and accept the invite by visiting their Account settings page at https://chronolog.io/dashboard/account
  • If the invited user does not have a Chronolog account yet, they simply need to create a new account on Chronolog with the email used in the invitation and follow instructions to accept the invite.
• To revoke a previously created invitation, click on the three-dots icon at the end of the user's row on the Pending Invitations table, and click the Revoke invite button.
• To remove an existing member from the organization, click on the three-dots icon at the end of the user's row on the Current Members table, and click the Remove member button.
• On the Current Members table, you can also toggle who receives Billing Notifications. We strongly recommend having at least 2 members receive billing notifications to avoid missing important updates about your account.
